Corporate Events
The Rippon Hall, as we have seen time and again, is limitless in its uses and its decoration. If it’s been done before, we can tell you how and if yours is an entirely new use and setup, we look forward to working on your conference venue set-up with you. Our on site Events Manager will work with you on every detail of your event to ensure that it is stress-free and utterly memorable.

Open Your Mind
Whether you are looking for a small space for round table discussions, something larger for a full scale conference or trade show or an intimate and warm room for an end of event dinner, The Rippon Hall has it all. The loft area is the perfect space for a breakout room or smaller meetings while the hall itself can be set up for lectures, larger tabled events or gala dinners. The covered terrace offers options for larger conference numbers and additional breakout spaces. In winter, the roaring fire will counter the snow-clad mountains; in summer, throw open the doors and enjoy Central Otago sunshine.

Keeping The Wolf From The Door
There’s nothing worse than the sound of rumbling stomachs and our carefully selected local caterers will make sure that no one will go hungry during your conference. Working with you and your requirements, we can arrange for morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch to be provided along with tea, coffee and other beverage options.
The Rippon Hall echoes with the sound of people relaxing in the evening and, depending on your numbers, the terrace or the hall can be prepared for your gala dinner or cocktail party. Again, working with our selected caterers and our on site Events Manager, we will ensure that every aspect of the evening is taken care of right up until the final guests leave, the doors close and the lights go off.

When the Lights Go Out
For a small town, Wānaka has a plethora of accommodation options to meet all budgets and needs. Rippon is located just on the CBD doorstep and has exclusive villas, resorts and hotels just down the road, all of them offering views of the Wānaka mountains and lake.
Whatever the time of year, Wānaka delivers fun and adventure in spades. In spring you ski in the morning and waterski in the afternoon, in summer you go for an early hike or rock climb before a skydive in the afternoon, returning to the bars and restaurants in town to keep the rush alive.
Scaling a 700m waterfall via the world’s highest via ferrata, hiking up to glaciers, biking along the river path or down the winding tracks of Sticky Forest, jetboating up and through alpine valleys or simply strolling into town for a top notch coffee; this is just a taster of what Wānaka offers and there is so much more.
While work may bring you here, the lures of the town will keep you on and you will see why we so proudly call Wānaka home.
